  1. Gerber – Allegations have been made against Gerber Products Co. claiming the company misleads consumers by stating its infant formula can reduce a baby’s chance of developing allergies. The product contains partially hydrolyzed whey protein. Learn more here.
  2. Red Bull Energy Drinks – Red Bull is accused of making false claims in their advertising by claiming that “Red Bull Gives You Wings” and that it “vitalizes body and mind”; however, plaintiffs allege Red Bull is no more effective than a cup of coffee or a caffeine pill. Submit your claim here.
  3. Volkswagen of America – VW has admitted to installing “defeat devices” to cheat emissions testing in 11 million diesel vehicles worldwide.
